The Company's business covers all legal property insurance and international reinsurance, including motor insurance, property loss insurance, liability insurance and credit and trust insurance, and it offers well over 300 different types of products and riders to the individual and commercial property and casualty customers.   • Automobile insurance claims via the Internet —— The Company was the first in China to allow its customers to make insurance claims via the Internet, halving the time needed to make a claim. Via the Internet, customers can receive insurance compensation from any local Ping An branch in the province where they encounter an accident, rather than having to claim from where the insurance was first bought.
